Accent Peerless has a recharge policy in place and looks to recover any monies owed for repair works completed which are found to be the responsibility of the tenants to pay for in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement.
These include both day to day reactive repairs and for rechargeable void work repairs completed on the termination of a tenancy.
The Estate Management Group have devised a new Star Rating Estate Inspection Booklet. The purpose of this booklet is to provide a consistent approach to estate management and allows us to identify areas that are in need of improvement.

All residents that have the use of communal corridors will be aware of the importance of keeping them clear of rubbish, buggies, bikes and any other such items.
Over the past few months though, we have noticed an increase in the number of items appearing in communal corridors. The communal corridors need to be kept clear for Health & Safety reasons, fire regulations and for the safety of all residents in the block of flats. This behaviour is also a breach of your Tenancy Agreement.
