Star Rating Estate Inspections

Over the past 18 months, with the assistance Estate Management Group, we have devised a new Star Rating Estate Inspection Booklet. The purpose of this booklet is to provide a consistent approach to estate management and allows us to identify areas that are in need of improvement.

The new forms allow residents to complete estate inspections at their own time. You are able to download the Estate Inspection Booklet from the website. Should you wish for one to be posted to you, please contact us.
