We aim to ensure through appropriate action that tenants fulfil their responsibilities as defined in the tenancy agreement (whilst maintaining their tenancy wherever possible) and that residents have quiet enjoyment of their homes.
What is anti-social behaviour?
Accent Peerless considers the examples listed below to be conduct which is deemed unacceptable and categorised as anti-social behaviour (this list is not exhaustive):
- Noise nuisance
- Aggressive and threatening language and behaviour
- Rubbish dumping
- Domestic violence
- Fouling of public areas
- Intimidation and harassment
- Actual violence against people
- Criminal behaviour
- Damage to property
- Using homes to sell drugs or for unlawful purpose
- Hate behaviour that targets members of identified groups due to their perceived differences
