Accent Peerless Customer Service Committee
The Accent Peerless Customer Service Committee works closely with the Regional Director and local managers to make sure that Accent Peerless is a successful organisation. The Customer Service Committee meets quarterly, as a minimum, to review resident satisfaction and to monitor progress and performance.
Geoffrey Heath, Chairman
Geoff has been Chair of the Accent Peerless Customer Service Committee since it was established in January 2013. He has over 20 years experience as a senior manager in supported housing and care services in London. He has also served in governance roles for various social housing and voluntary organisations. Recently, Geoff has been a self employed consultant and is a volunteer community mediator and chair of a local Relate centre.
Colin is a Borough Councillor and joined the Accent Peerless Customer Service Committee as the Surrey Heath Borough Council nominee. He has a varied background with the armed forces, telecommunications and local government, where he now holds the Corporate Portfolio with responsibility for The Town Centre Strategy, Customer Consultation, PR and the Contact Centre Strategy. He also acts as the council’s 'Children's Champion'.
Susan is a resident member of the Accent Peerless Customer Service Committee and is currently living in one of our leasehold homes. She brings valuable skills from her experience as a Church Administrator and a Justice of the Peace.
Vicki has been a member of the Accent Peerless Customer Service Committee since its conception. As a Chartered Surveyor, Vicki brings technical and valuation skills to the committee. She also attends the Accent Peerless Strategic Health and Safety meetings.
Derrick is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and so he has a broad knowledge of business finance and management skills. He was also the Chairman of the Retirement Lease Housing Association, a registered charity.
Lucy is a resident member of the Accent Peerless Customer Service Committee, living in one of our general needs homes. She is also a former employee of Accent Peerless, bringing valuable HR skills to the committee.
Linda has been a member of the Accent Peerless Customer Service Committee since January 2013 and lives locally to Surrey Heath. She has recently taken over the role of Accent Peerless Equality and Diversity Champion.
Kevin joined the Accent Peerless Customer Service Committee as a resident member in January 2013 and he currently lives in one of our general needs homes. After thirty-four years in the army, reaching the rank of Major, Kevin set-up and successfully ran his own computer company which has now passed to his son.
