Information for homeowners

On behalf of Accent Foundation, Accent Peerless manages over 100 leasehold & shared ownership properties in the London Borough of Bromley, West Sussex and Kent.

These properties are looked after by our housing management teams at the Ashford, Kent office. Due to the difference in rights, responsibilities and regulations for homeowners and those for tenants, there is a specialist team at Accent Group that deals with sale and staircasing enquiries.

Accent Peerless also has over 351 homeowners in Surrey Heath. These include leaseholders, freeholders and shared owners.

We appreciate that you will have invested a significant amount of money in purchasing your property and want to ensure that you receive a high quality service from us.
