Paying your rent or service charge

Paying your rent and/or service charge on time is one of your main responsibilities. When you sign your tenancy agreement or your agreement with us, you are agreeing to pay your rent and/or service charge.

We can help you manage your account and help you avoid getting into arrears. We can provide you with advice on how to pay and offer you support if you need it. The ways to pay page gives a list of ways you can pay.

For more information on how your rent and service charge is calculated, how to claim housing benefit and other support we can provide see the following leaflets:-

If you don’t pay your rent and service charge on time, your account will go into arrears. This can eventually lead to the loss of your home. If you are having any difficulties, please contact your rent management team as soon as possible.
