Your area management team
The customer services team is available during office hours to help you with day to day tenancy issues. They have access to your housing files and are fully trained to assist with most matters.
In addition, we have a dedicated repairs team who are the people to contact to report a repair, check on its progress and discuss any repairs relates issues.
Our telephones are manned Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5.00pm. On calling you will hear an automated message asking you to press 1 for repairs and 2 for customer services. See our reporting a repair page for how to report a repair out of normal office hours.
The housing team is managed by housing manager, Lucky Khan. Maria Gawdiak is the area housing manager for the Nottingham area and Linda Brown manages the housing officers in the Peterborough office.
Each of our properties has a housing officer. It is these members of staff who will visit you in your homes or talk to you on the phone about more complicated tenancy issues or be seen out and about on your estate.
Another staff member who may visit you in your home or be seen out and about is the surveyor assigned to your estate. They will contact you to discuss any repair related problems, talk to you about improvements you may wish to make to your home and come and inspect repairs.
The housing officer and surveyor will also undertake regular estate inspections together.
We also have rent management officers who will help you if you are having problems paying your rent.

This list, together with the photographs above should help you identify these members of staff when they are out and about on your estate.
