Housing Investment Panel
What is the Housing Investment Panel?
The Housing Investment Panel is a group of residents and staff, who work with the Technical Services team to influence, mould and shape the services that we offer. Services such as repairs, cyclical decorations, gas servicing and repairs as well as reinvestment works such as new kitchens, bathrooms, boilers and windows.

They are consulted on the preparation of the maintenance budget and in prioritising spending for the forthcoming year. They are also involved in the appointment and renewal of contracts to ensure that we are offering a quality service in repairs and maintenance.
Membership
Membership is open to all of Accent Nene’s residents.
Meetings
Meetings are generally held quarterly, though there may be ad hoc meetings or focus groups to look at particular topic. Reasonable travel and child care expenses are paid for attendance.
