Get involved
Would you like to have more of a say in how we run things?
Accent Nene works with residents to help improve the quality of life for all. We are serious about involving, consulting and informing you about the management of your homes and communities and provide lots of opportunities for you to have your say.
Getting involved gives you the chance to meet people, learn new skills and find new ways of engaging with your community. You can get lots out of being an involved resident; you can directly influence and improve what Accent Nene does and increase your knowledge of different subjects.
See our resident involvement policy and procedure and resident involvement statement for further information.
Ways to get involved
You will wish to be involved or influence service delivery in different ways, depending on your personal circumstances.
Having a voice doesn't mean attending a meeting, although this is one of the options. If this is not your cup of tea we offer other ways for you to contribute including telephone meetings, internet discussion groups, mystery shopping, estate or scheme walkabouts, surveys and much more.
To help you become further involved we also help with transport and child care costs, and provide administrative support, assistance on newsletter production and funding advice.
If you just want to tell us about something, good or bad, then you can do so on the tell us about it page or by calling customer services.
More information about the opportunities for you to have your say can be found below. Or, if you would prefer, contact Kath Ward or Natasha Chilcot in the resident involvement team.
