Annual Report to Residents 2010/11

Our annual performance report for 2010/11 is now available to view online or download.

 

It is what we are calling the ‘full version’. A summary has been printed and sent to all our residents.

 

To show our residents how we meet the TSA’s standards, and where we need to improve our services, we have used a ‘traffic light’ system in the report – red for where we don’t meet the standard, amber for where we partly meet it, and green for where we fully meet it.

 

We have worked closely with our residents this year to improve our services. They have challenged our performance in a number of areas, helped us set targets for future improvements, and worked with us to agree our local offers.

 

A group of residents also agreed the look and feel of this report and the information it should contain, including the use of the ‘traffic light’ system to show how our performance is rated.
