Crowds gather to see new homes in Fulbourn unveiled

Desperate not to miss out on the home of their choice, a number of people gathered for the final release of our new homes in the desirable village of Fulbourn over the Easter weekend. 

 

This is the last phase in our development and offers the largest choice of open market homes to date, appealing to couples, people working from home, growing families or people wishing to downsize.

 

The new homes, which range from two bedroom apartments to four bedroom semi detached, resluted in four sales in the first weekend of their launch. 

 

Our showhome is open every Friday to Monday from 10:30a.m. – 5:00pm.

Banking Services Tender

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from banking service providers to provide day to day banking services to Accent Group from April 2013.

The closing date for expressions of interest is 5pm on the 11 December 2012. Tender documents will be issued on the 13 December 2012.

First sector based learning academy for housing customer service

Following on the the success of our first sector based work academy in customer service, we are pleased to announce the launch of a second academy.

 

If you are aged 19+ and claiming job seekers allowance or employment support allowance you may qualify for two weeks customer service training and a four week work placement which could lead to employment with a Bradford based housing association.

New Homes approved for Barrow

We have secured planning permission for the first of 11 new homes in Barrow, funded by the 2011-15 Affordable Homes Programme.

 

Accent Foundation will provide the homes for rent in the Vickerstown area of Barrow, as part of a larger development of 22 homes developed by partner contractor Leck Construction.

 

The Affordable Homes Programme will provide 105 new homes across 11 sites in the North East, North West and Yorkshire, investing over £9 million in Accent Foundation's core areas over the next three years.
