REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

The Property Services Team is responsible for more than just repairs and maintenance. In a wider sense, the Team has the task of effectively managing Accent Peerless’ housing assets and realising the issues that surround them, with the goal of achieving benefits to residents, and the stakeholders that support them

To achieve this, the Property Services Team is currently divided into four geographic areas each of which has a surveyor who will act as the initial point of contact for all property related matters on their respective area.

The surveyors and their properties are:

Area 1

Doug Comerford (Tel. 01276 852937) - responsible for: Old Dean Estate Camberley (to the east of and including Bracknell Road and Bracknell Close); Properties to the west of the Frimley Road, Camberley between the A.30 and Park Road; Bagshot; Windlesham; Blackwater; College Town; Little Sandhurst; Owlsmoor and Englefield Green.

Area 2 

Linda Palmer (Tel. 01276 852946) - responsible for: Old Dean Estate, Camberley (west of and including Kingston Road); Chobham; Deepcut; Knaphill; Lightwater; Guildford and Woking.

Area 3

Robert Critcher (Tel 01276 852936) - responsible for: Camberley – Chapel Road & Watchetts area; James Road Estate; Frimley; Frimley Green; Mytchett; Farnham; Hindhead; Bisley; West End; Farnborough and Aldershot.

Area 4

Steve Dominguez (Tel. 01444 415562) – responsible for: Ashford; Burgess Hill; Horley; Haywards Heath; Redhill and South London

Although our day to day repairs are handled by our partner, Connaught, we work closely with other external contractors to deliver a range of services which include:

  • Major improvements which include replacements to key components such as kitchens, bathrooms, heating, electrical wiring, doors and windows.
  • Grounds maintenance
  • Aids and adaptations
  • External decorations
  • Routine servicing including gas appliances
    The Team works closely with residents to monitor the performance of our current contractors. In addition, residents are also involved in helping to ensure that future programmes of work meet their needs and expectations.
