In addition to housing properties, Accent Peerless owns a considerable amount of hard and soft landscaped areas and has a responsibility to maintain these areas which require regular attention. To undertake this work we employ the services of three specialist landscape contractors. Lotus Landscapes Ltd: (Accent Peerless North) email: lotus-landscapes@btconnect.com Lotus Landscapes Ltd is contracted to undertake grounds maintenance to land we own on our general needs housing estates. They also undertake grounds maintenance on the Assisted Grounds Maintenance Scheme run by the Association. Their tasks include the following: General Needs Housing Estates: Cutting and trimming of grassed areas, weeding and trimming of plants in flower beds, along alleyways and footpaths and to hard landscaped areas (such as car parks). Individual Gardens: Householders requiring assistance in garden maintenance (Application to Housing Management required) Nick Robins Limited: This company is contracted to undertake grounds maintenance to land we own around our Sheltered and Homeless Courts.
Woodcraft: (Accent Peerless South)
This company is contracted to undertake grounds maintenance on the communal grounds within our property portfolio in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Horley, Redhill and South London.
In addition to the above the contractors are able to deal with adhoc works such as tree pruning, felling, landscaping works, etc.
