Our residents have been involved in the appointment of both organisations and we are proud to be delivering our repairs service with contractors who are award winners in their field.

Accent Peerless successfully engages with residents ensuring they are able to have a say in the way the organisation is run and how our services developed. Our residents are represented at Board level and we offer a range of opportunities to have a say including responding to surveys; joining focus groups and attending the annual residents’ conference. Our residents have played a leading role in setting the key business in the corporate plan for 2008-2011. If you want to buy a home of your own, either through the Shared Ownership or Right to Buy process, we have an experienced team who can provide you with all the advice and support you will need. Once you have brought your home the leasehold team will liaise with you over any service charge queries, money management issues and the steps you need to take if you want to sell your home or buy more equity.
